Indonesia Visa Services | Forever Legality

Indonesia visa assistance from Forever Legality: our team helps you review the visa route and documents for your trip. Tell us your passport nationality, purpose of travel, planned stay and expected travel date so we can explain the assistance available for your circumstances.

Assistance may include reviewing category requirements, identifying missing documents and explaining preparation, follow-up and fees before an agreement. Tourism, business meetings, employment and residence have different conditions. Eligibility depends on the passport and visa category; approval remains with the competent authorities.

Discuss your visa requirements with Forever Legality on WhatsApp. For an initial discussion, state your nationality and travel plans. We identify the required documents after reviewing your circumstances.

First, check your passport’s eligibility

Visa on Arrival (VoA) is available only to nationalities on the official immigration list. Some Arab passports are eligible and others are not. Check the country of your passport rather than assuming that the same rules apply to all Arabic-speaking travellers. If your nationality is not eligible, obtain the appropriate visa before departure through the official eVisa portal or the authorised channel.

Visa categories relevant to visitors and investors

B1: Visa on Arrival for eligible nationalities

The official B1 information describes an initial stay of up to 30 days, with one extension subject to the applicable conditions. Electronic issuance does not change nationality eligibility. Check passport validity, the authorised entry point and current fees before travel.

C1: single-entry tourism visit

Indonesian immigration describes C1 as a tourism visit visa with an initial stay of up to 60 days, subject to its conditions. Applications may require a guarantor, financial evidence and other documents. A tourism visa must not be used for paid work in Indonesia.

Business, investment and residence

Business meetings, employment, company formation and investment are distinct purposes. Choose a category that permits the actual activity using the current official visa classification. It includes the E28 investor category family, subject to its requirements. Establishing a PT PMA company does not automatically grant KITAS residence. See our PT PMA company formation service (Arabic).

Documents and application preparation

  • Identify the passport nationality, actual travel purpose and intended length of stay.
  • Review the chosen category’s passport validity, document and guarantor requirements, where applicable.
  • Use the official portal or the authorised route for that category.
  • Wait for the decision, then check the visa details and permitted stay before finalising travel.

Fees and processing times may change. Approval is at the discretion of the competent authorities. Do not rely on old prices or visa codes such as B211A without checking the current classification.

Frequently asked questions

Is Visa on Arrival available to all Arab nationals?

No. Eligibility depends on the passport nationality appearing on the official list in force at the time of travel.

Are eVisa and VoA the same visa?

eVisa refers to an electronic issuance route; the code, purpose and conditions define the visa category. Visa on Arrival can be issued electronically for eligible nationalities, while other electronic visa categories have different conditions.

Can a private company guarantee approval?

No. Forever Legality can help you understand the options and prepare documents, but visa issuance and entry decisions belong to the Indonesian authorities. Contact our team with your passport nationality and travel purpose to discuss the requirements.

Choosing the appropriate service

Tourism or a short visit: start with nationality eligibility and trip length. A business project: distinguish business visits from PT PMA incorporation (Arabic) and operating licences. Residence for employment, investment or family: review the KITAS residence service (Arabic) before choosing a visit visa.

Government fees and assistance fees

Fees depend on the category, duration and application type. We explain the scope of document review and application assistance, including whether an extension is a separate service. Request a breakdown of government fees and service fees, and check current payment amounts in the official portal. A visit visa does not automatically include KITAS residence or company licensing.

Information for Egyptian travellers

Read our Indonesia visa guide for Egyptian passport holders (Arabic) for the linked official nationality sources. For another passport, start with the official list; do not assume that another nationality’s conditions apply.

What do we need for an initial review?

State your passport nationality and type, travel purpose, intended stay, expected travel date and whether you are already in Indonesia. This is sufficient for an initial discussion. We specify the documents and submission channel after identifying the route. Request an initial review from Forever Legality.

Before agreeing to visa assistance

Request an explanation of the proposed category, documents and follow-up scope. The quotation should distinguish government fees, assistance fees and other costs, and identify any steps requiring your attendance or direct action.

What should you check when your visa is issued?

Check your name, passport number, category, validity dates, permitted entries and length of stay. Visa approval does not remove entry conditions or activity restrictions. Keep the document and arrival or extension instructions, and do not use a visit visa for unauthorised employment.
